We have developed healthcare solutions with our technology partners such as Cisco, Allscripts, Microsoft, and Symantec that we know are proven, will give our client the tools they need, and we can effectively support.  While these solutions are proven, Carolinas IT is first an advocate for our clients, and as such is vendor agnostic.  We can provide support and coordinate support for most technology vendors just as you would expect from an IT Dept.  Our goal is to be an advocate in technology or virtual IT department that is viewed as an extension of your client’s staff and a key component in the client’s future.
